PCOA is the association of all flat owners in PBEL City. This association is a not for profit organization that works towards the well-being of the PBEL City society, residents and the facilities.
The association is managed and run by an elected body of 13 members named as the Executive Committee(EC). The current EC has started its operations in September 2023 and will continue to operate till Aug 2025.
